Noxis AI ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by TradeX, a registered business in Israel. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our platform at noxis-ai.app.

By using Noxis AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Your email address and display name when you create an account.
Trade data: Trade entries including date, instrument, entry/exit prices, P&L, direction, contracts, emotions, notes, and rule compliance.
Settings data: Account balance, trading firm, trading hours, timezone, and instrument preferences.
Usage data: Page views and general usage patterns via Vercel Analytics (anonymized).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Noxis AI platform
Display your trading data, insights, and streak information
Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns
Communicate with you about updates or support requests
Enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Some settings (such as display preferences) are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your account is protected by password authentication managed through Supabase Auth.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — database and authentication
Vercel — hosting and analytics
Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered insights (Pro and Elite plans). We send anonymized, aggregated trading statistics to generate insights. We do not send raw trade notes, screenshots, or personally identifiable information to Anthropic.
Resend — transactional email delivery

These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.

6. AI Analysis & Data Processing

Noxis AI uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalized trading insights for Pro and Elite subscribers. When you request AI analysis, we send the following to Anthropic:

Aggregated performance statistics (win rate, average P&L, etc.)
Performance breakdowns by session, mental state, setup type, and emotions
Your trading style and strategy preferences from your profile

We do not send raw trade notes, screenshots, personal information, or account credentials to Anthropic.

Anthropic may process this data according to their own privacy policy, available at anthropic.com/privacy.

You may opt out of AI analysis by simply not using the AI Insights feature. Opting out does not affect your access to other platform features.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
Right to data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
Right to object — object to our processing of your data

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Noxis AI is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
