By creating an account or using Noxis AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Noxis AI is a trading journal platform that allows users to log trades, track performance, monitor emotional patterns, manage trading rules, and receive AI-powered insights. The platform is designed for educational and personal record-keeping purposes only.
Noxis AI includes an AI-powered insights feature that analyzes your trading data using Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated insights are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Past performance analysis does not guarantee future results.
Noxis AI is not a financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All trading involves significant risk and you should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions.

Noxis AI offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Elite). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
You agree not to use Noxis AI to:
All content, features, and functionality of Noxis AI — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and AI-generated insights — are owned by TradeX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your trade data and journal entries remain your property. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Noxis AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
